- Take 1-2 cups of boiling water
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of freshly grated or ground turmeric to the water

How Often One Should Drink Turmeric Tea
Experts recommend 500 to 1000 milligrams of curcumin daily for healing purpose. There’s approximately 200 milligrams of curcumin in 5ml of turmeric. Make sure that you don’t consume more than 3 grams of turmeric per day, which means intake of turmeric tea three times a day. If you increase the dosage for higher healing level, do not take high quantity for more than 3 days.
