Is dehydration common after you finish your celebration? and Because of dehydration, you get a headache, nausea, diarrhea or muscle ache. They are all the effects of dehydration. We found some helpful ways to avoid,  try these simple methods to stay hydrated.

Go one for one

Alcohol consumes water from the body. As our brain tissues are made of water, dehydration will affect and result in a headache. It’s important to have a glass of water in between your drinks.

Be attentive to your choice

Choose a beverage that contains some water. If you are a whiskey drinker who think adding water would avoid the flavor, go one for one. Water is equally important as taste is, Taste is temporary but water isn’t.

Have a fruit platter

Use fruits and vegetables. They are great ways of hydration and almost 20 percent of our overall hydration comes from foods including watermelon, grapes, and berries. These fruits can hydrate you every time you consume them.

Borrow from brunch

The Bloody Mary with tomato juice and a celery stick may enhance hydration more. You can make low-sodium Bloody Mary at your home and add a small amount of salt to avoid dehydration.

Beer Lovers – Choose the right one

You should choose a hydrating beer that features low alcohol content and includes electrolytes. Just Joking, such beer is not yet available, so you should choose a mild strength low alcohol beer!

Add tea while boozing

Tea is a great way to stay hydrated. You can order different herbal varieties like lemon, ginger. You can drink iced and hot teas with liquors. This may sound odd to add alcohol to your favorite tea but trust, it’s not. Try Gin with cucumber, mint and green tea for a nice summery drink. Add honey if you want to keep it sweet, Gin will take care of the rest.

Add a tropical flavor

When you choose a cocktail, think about coconut water. As fruits contain important vitamins and minerals like sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous, they will help to keep hydration. Coconut water is not rich in sugar and calories as well. This can be cool, isn’t this?
