My expertise is to help people become stronger through correct strength exercises with a real focus on correct technique. I have trained clients with different physical disabilities and injuries at different levels of rehabilitation. I regularly undertake educational training with world renowned experts in their field of study including physiotherapists, nutritionists and professional strength athletes. I have a wide scope of clients including professional athletes, sport clubs, bodybuilders, teenagers, pensioners, women and men in different stages of their lives. I also mentor Personal Trainers and Fitness Professional to be successful in their own business and career. I have a successful business as a Strength Coach and next year I am opening my own gym in my local area and passing my knowledge on.
