With over 12 years of professional training experience, Anita has trained beginners and advanced level athletes. Women strength training is one of our fortes. She has a childhood background in gymnastics and athletics and has been Victorian, Australian State Representative. Anita designs personalized exercise regimes that focus on the overall wellbeing of an individual. Also, she is always on a lookout for innovative training programs that are not just progressive and result-driven, but fun to do.
