As perpetual fad diet follower I was sick of losing weight just to gain it right back again. This prompted me to really research how the body works to determine my own personalized solution. I sought out training as a nutritionist and since then have not touched ONE fad diet. I have consistently lost weight and have even toned up and am now helping others to do the same. There’s so much truth to the saying “and are made in the kitchen”, because they truly are! I’ve studied so much about the body, food, and exercise that I can turn anybody into the healthiest version of themselves.
